Hello Paul,

We believe that the date refers to renewal and not expiry of your subscription.
Could you check whether it shows as "renewal date" or  "expiry date"?
We would like to inform you that the auto renewal process will start 15 days prior to the expiry date.

I have just renewed my subscription, which expired on 12 March, but after entering the new licence number my account shows it as expiring  3 March 2021. Why?
