I've renewed my subscription 19th March & received an e-mail confirming my renewal that said the product would update automatically. Today i got a message on screen saying VPN had expired. I logged onto AVG & went to my subscriptions & downloaded VPN, I still got VPN expired message so I restarted the computer & it made no difference still got VPN expired message
