Subscription Renewal

However, as we're uncertain if there are any ongoing issues on your laptop or if they're fixed, please let us know about it. 
Also, if your laptop works fine, let us know if you've tried to install & what happens exactly while installing. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.

I have recently renewed my subscription which is to expire in June for another year and failed to install due to my laptop crashing.  Can you renew and install for order #13876546910 - April 30, 2019? If you are not able to complete, I would like to cancel and request a refund.  Thank you.

My laptop is now working but it is under Owner.  The problem was I lost my personal information. How do I proceed to install the renewal of my subscription?
