I have received 2 emails regarding subscription renewal. 1st was on 22/2/2020 and says that I have been charged £49.99 for the renewal then using my old debit card number. I have received another email 27/3/2020 saying that my renewal fee is £74.99 which is for the AVG internet Security (multi device). I don't remember asking anyone for the multi device cover and they have used my new card number of which I have no recollection of giving them. Each policy has a different number so I am concerned as to why they have given me a different type of policy and how the hell they got my new card number.
