I received an email saying that my subscription will be automatically renewed in October 2017. I followed the instructions to cancel my subscription to prevent the renewal but when logged in it said I had no products, as such I could not cancel. Will you please ensure a payment is not taken in October 2017 as I wish to cancel my subscription.
