Please let us know what happens exactly when you open AVG TuneUp and the operating system of your computer.

My subscription was renewed automatically and under order number ********** I was charged 44,99 € on J**********. Unfortunately AVG TuneUp would not run anymore on my PC as of this date. 
There is no way to make it run. In the meantime I uninstalled and reinstalled AVG TuneUp but in vain.
So would you please advise how to proceed. Thank you.
