Hi I have received an email stating that my suscription is due but I have paid last year. Is there an email address that I can send a question to please? I log into my account and then go to contact support and it again asks me to login - going around and around. Any help greatly appreciated. Cheers Peter Law Australia

I am in a similar situation. I think I have multiple subscriptions (which also ticks me off) so I want to ask if I am indeed reading everything correctly. But there is nowhere I have found to send a note, and I end up in the same cycle you are in.
