Subscription renewd early & without permissiob

We acknowledge your refund request.
You have been charged GBP44.99 for the AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices as you have signed up for its 60 day trial which had auto renewal enabled.
An email notification was sent on 14th January 2019 explaining this renewal process and the charge that is going to be taken.
We have initiated the refund for this charge and an email explaining its status has been sent.

My subscription has been renewed 3 days ahead of the renewal date and without my knowledge or permission.

I have cancelled this, but I expect a full refund.  

Posting this here as there appears to be no way of contacting AVG direct.
PLEASE RESPOND AVG!!
