Subscription Renewel

Therefore no money has been taken by us for the renewal. We have also cancelled the auto renewal for the subscription so that you will not be charged again for the same.

In case you have been charged already, the funds will automatically be refunded to your account. If you do not receive these funds within 5-7 business days, we recommend that you call your bank and enquire about it.

Over the last few weeks I have been getting messages from my bank about fraud! I looked into the situation and it looks like AVG are trying to use my credit to renew a subscription! I don’t have a subscription and stop using you 5 years ago!
