Hi,
I have made a bank transfer to renew my subscription of the AVG Internet Security Service in the 27 of July 2018, the deadline was at 29 of July 2018. AVG stil asking me for the transfer and did not made the renovation of the produt I've paid!
Can you please inform me why???
If AVG did not renew my paid produt, please give the money back for I can buy in the competion!!!

In this case, I request you to contact PayPalExpress once and check if there is any Pending payment. If there, please ask them to cancel it, the automatic renewal order will be cancelled.
Regarding Wire Transfer order, I request you to wait to complete the 8 business days because Wire Transfer payment may take up to 8 business days to complete.
Once we receive your payment, an order/license confirmation email will be send to you.
