Subscription(s) not recognized

You need to complete the activation to unlock the paid features, and it will not request you to purchase it again.

My credit card has paid for 3 AVG subscriptions, Tune-up, VPN, and Multi, however, have been unable to use any service after 1st 30days "trial". My account says they are in effect. I downloaded and activated. I am always told that no issues can be "fixed" unless I buy more…which is apparently how I ended up with 3 subscriptions.
