I signed up for a trial of antivirus and tuneup. I don’t want to subscribe but, without being asked, AVG have debited my bank account and forced me into a subscription. I received an email from you prior to the end of the trial but I was unable to reply to it. I wasn’t too worried because I foolishly assumed you would contact me before signing me up for any subscriptions. But no, the next contact was an email to advise that the trial had ended, my subscription had been enacted and my account debited. I don’t want your service. I want to unsubscribe and have my subscription refunded. I feel I have been scammed. Can you please refund my subscription?
