does anyone else feel like their being take advantage of? I do!.
when i subscribed to this service it was to protect my system. every time the service tells me there is a problem it takes me Another subscription form. time after time I've be alerted that there is a problem to be resolved and again and again i'm asked to subscribe to another one of their bundles… did i not just subscribe to to protect my system oh wait no i didn't subscribe to That type of service i subscribed to an add on service. Look if you wanted me to pay for the service i wanted why didn't you just give me the service i was paying for instead of breaking it into 10 different services. it isn't like i was aware that there is a huge difference in so many other problems need to resolve heck it was easier just to use a free scanner each week at least i was inundated with problem reports i cant fix because you need to subscribe to the other service not the one you have already… oh my bad should've read the Fine print and seen that your marketing model is to suck all my money out and tell me i need just one more of your way to spread out services. Look i need to have my system completely protected and you guys are not doing what i payed for and i'm pretty sure this won't make it onto the forum because it paints a negative picture. I will not be renewing any future subscriptions and will find many other ways to communicate my disapproval of your service. if i could get a refund today i'd be happy to delete it and just move on.
