Subscription shown as expired - despite it is active until 18. October 2020

It doesn't work on any Windows 10 machine anymore
After investing some time over the weekend, I was successful on my own now.
Honestly, the process was disappointing.
On 2 of my Windows 10 machines it was working after the first iteration of running avgclear, performing  the new installation of AVG Unlimited incl. its activation, but on one machine (the listed one earlier) I had to perform it SEVEN times incl. several reboots before it was finally working!
Fortunate it is running now again - while I was still waiting on the response of your senior team.

Thanks & Regards
Robert

Hello,
since yestrerday AVG Internet Security Unlimited is showing on all my Windows 10 machines that the subscription was ending suddenly on 19. October 2018, but in fact I did extend it already months ago and even within my AVG account I can see it is valid until 18. October 2020. This was even shown until some days ago within the Windows application.
After I did uninstall and re-install it entirely - it was showing the correct subscription period. But after a reboot it was showing again it is expired!
What's going wrong and how can I activate it properly?

Regards
Robert

Hi, the activation issue persist. It shows the outdated expiration date after the second reboot

Robert, we'd like to appreciate your efforts and glad to hear that your issue has been resolved.
Usually it is not required to run AVG Clear tool in safe mode if it is successfully executed in normal mode.

If you need anything else, do not hesitate to let us know.

Thank you for the information.
You have already submitted the logs for the PC that has the activation issue, am I right?

Robert,
I really appreciate your effort in resolving this issue. Actually the issue was because of AVG Internet Security license synchronization. It seems the license synchronization issues has been resolved (I'm not sure about it, we have to wait for our senior to confirm it), which is why you're able to activate it.
We offer you a 3 months AVG Internet Security license extension for the delay in resolving license synchronization issue. Please let us know if we can proceed with this.

Hello,

sorry for asking, but if a technican would solve it via remote access on one of my machines, how would this get be solved on all my other machines? Isn't there a key possible to get entered and fix the issue?

Hello Robert,

Thank you for reaching us here.

We could see that you were connected with our remote assistance team and the case was escalated to our next level of support team for further analysis.

Please check with the other devices and let us know the status here.

Your patience and understanding is highly appreciated.

Thank you for the confirmation.
We request you to keep checking the email to know about the status.
Our senior team will respond to you as soon as possible.
The activation key couldn't be provided as your product doesn't have a license number.

Robert, do you mean that AVG clear tool is failing or the activation issue persist?
Did you submit the logs from the Windows 10 PC that has the issue?

Hello, I highly appreciate the prolongation by 3 months!
Thank you very much for this offer.

Robert

Sorry, but it was only working on one of my Windows 10 machines. On the next machine it is failing after the second reboot again. That's so odd!

Thank you for the confirmation Robert,
I have sent you an email with the 3 months license extension code. Please follow my email instruction to register the code.
