My free trail is coming to an end and I want to cancel my subscription but it says that my subscription status is unavailable and there is no unsubscribe option. How do I unsubscribe before I am charged

Ok, thank you for that. I just needed to double check since I received an email a few days ago stating that my subscription status was still Subscribed and that I was due to be charged.
