As you have enabled two steps of verification for AVG MyAccount, you are prompted for a recovery code. If you want to get a recovery code, please check whether your mobile device has the Google Authenticator application installed in it. If yes, you can get the recovery code from the program.

Hi, I have tried to cancel my AVG tune up subscription on several devices. But this has failed, trying to get an authentication code with AUTHENICATOR but receiving none. I am being directed to my account which I cannot access?
Can I get a recovery code through my account? which I cannot get into.
There is over 1 month until my new account period starts, but my account has already been withdrawn?
What should I do? any suggestions?
