Subscription twice as much as charged in 2020

I have just noticed I have been charged 79.99 for one year AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device)
Number of devices: 10 Devices
Subscription period: 28 September 2022 to 12 October 2023

In 2020
AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device)
2-vear subscription, 10 devices, then billed annually

£35.76

This is over 4 times as much!  Surely this cannot be correct. How do I call customer services?
