Subscription until 2021 has stopped being active and i can only see the free one that has supposedly

My AVG full protection says it has ended and I need to subscribe again, ,when in reality I still have 24 months to run on my current subscription.
activation code does not work anymore.
why is this happening and how do I fix this problem
