I request you to make sure your active subscription (AVG Ultimate) is activated in your devices.
We can merge the remaining months form the cancelled subscription to your AVG Ultimate.
I have 2 computers and 2 mobiles. I have used AVG security for 15 years at least., and have had maybe 10-15 new computers over time, Each time I renew or add a device. I add it to my AVG package.4 or five times a year I get messages from AVG that my subsciption is now due. All my subscriptions are paid by standing order. So why do I keep getting these reminder that cannot be switched off? Two months ago I went on to my account and find that AVG have set up 3 AVG internet security packages for singular use, 2 AVG internet security packages for 10 multi users,1 AVG ultimate package for 10 users and 1 AVG tune ups. I was horrified and unsubscribed all but one. I am still getting these messages to renew, they are coming on the screen every time I change programmes. I have received some of my subs back from AVG, but I am very disappointed with them as I think their approach is very questionable!!!
