According to your Payment reports I have paid, between January24, 2020, and January 22, 2021,
$970.59, which seems a lot for an at home muck abouter. My subscriptions list also shows a total of 13 accounts. However, six of these accounts show a message "Your subscription isn't being used on any device. Why not install and activate the app now?" My understanding is that I pay these accounts for one or two years and then get a reminder at the end of the term to pay for the next one or two years. I cannot understand why these six subscriptions still have time to run, some as much as twelve months. An explanation as to why the original subscription has not been used for the full time paid for will be helpful and why is it suggested that these idle subscriptions be activated elsewhere?
I have recently received another reminder regarding an annual payment for an AVG Tuneup which has risen by 31% in one year. Any reason for this? Also what if I do not want to install and activate these apps now. Is the money involved lost to me and what am I supposed to install? The payments were for an AVG Tuneup already installed.
