Since this year I pay for two subscriptions and I only use one. One of the subscriptions is not installed. It is really impossible to contact a person at AVG to get an answer. Is there somebody who can contact me??

This last one I've paid on october, 5th. I never installed this one and I don't want to install it. I thougt that this one had to do with the continuing of my regular subscription (the first one I mentioned). So please delete this subcription and transfer the cost back on my account EURO 49,49. So you don't have to help me to install the program, I only ask you to transfer the amount to my account.
