Subscriptions not appearing in myavg - and I want to cancel tuneup subscription within 30 days

Open AVG Tuneup -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to activate your paid subscription.

My Subscriptions are not appearing in my avg - and I want to cancel the tuneup subscription within the 30 day limit.  It caused problems just loading it, so I don't think I want it causing more havoc on the computer!  Also, I can't even find a way to activate it, avg just keeps trying to sell me it again!  On the email that came with my subscription it mentioned a connect button to activate it - but there is no connect button, and since I can't see any subscriptions on myavg I can't either activate it there or cancel it.  All I see on avg is a message that you are having a big upgrade on your website.   Main point - I want to cancel my tuneup subscription and get my money back.  Thanks.
