Subscriptions not appearing on my account

Hi I bought a 2 year 10 device subscription in July 2021 and have successfully installed on two devices. I now want to add AVG VPN to my iPhone> I followed the instructions ato send an email to my iPhone and entered my account email address and password but i get a "No valid subscription" screen saying "There is no AVG Secure VPN subscription on this account. Purchase a new one or use a different account" on pressing the "Okay" button it just takes me back to the "Welcome" screen.
Please advise how to install on to my iphone (I will have the same issue when adding to iPad too I guess).
