This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products. This will be fixed soon by our concern team. So, need not to worry.
Also on checking your account details, we see that you have an active AVG Ultimate valid till 8/28/2019 and AVG Driver Updater (1 computer) .

I am incredibly frustrated with your products. Back in January I renewed my AVG Tune Up subscription. In February I was sent a notice that I needed to renew my AVG Tune Up. I went into my account and the January purchase was not showing, so I repurchased the same product - so you double-charged me. I realized a few days later when checking my credit card charges and reviewing my AVG order history.
I contacted support, and they acknowledged the double charge. They said the AVG interface was upgrading and that's why my subscription didn't show. They apologized, and instead of a refund, offered me an upgrade that would combine my AVG Tune Up with my AVG Internet Security(which renewed in December), and instead give me an AVG Ultimate subscription through August 2019.
I accepted this offer, and they sent me a license key. At the time, this new AVG Ultimate plan was supposed to show up in my subscriptions, and in my order history. This was on February 20th. It is now March 17th and this AVG Ultimate plan is STILL not in my subscriptions! Nor is this new agreement in my Order History. I have contacted the rep who talked me into this agreement every couple of days and she keeps telling me she's "Taking care of it" NO SHE ISN'T!!! It's been a month!!! Finally this week she stopped responding at all.
You are a software company. How hard is it to show purchases and subscription in an account??? What is going on??? I have seen other complain of this same issue and it is beginning to look like a scam you are running of double charging people.
I want my Subscriptions and Order History to properly reflect my agreement to the AVG Ultimate plan through August 2019 and I want it done NOW! As of right now I don't even have access to my my products, and my records need to properly show my agreement with you. I have email records of this entire month of conversations so I have legal proof.
