Subscriptions not showing up after purchase

I just purchased AVG Unlimited, AVG tuneup pro, and another product. I have received the payment confirmation, but cannot see the subscriptions in my account after logging in to complete the download per the instructions in the email confirmation I received. It does tell me that AVG is undergoing widespread maintenance, but I was wondering if there was anyway to troubleshoot the issue. Or do I just need to wait until the scheduled work was completed? Thank you.
