Why does my VPN subscription not show on My Subscriptions? I logged in through VPN so I thought it should be there. Also, I could not log in from Tuneup Premium, which is shown on My Subscriptions! I've resolved the last issue by copying my details from the other login, but I still need help with the first problem.
