Subscriptions / Products will not show up

Hi,
When i logged into my avg account, under my products, there was no products and it said that i had no subscriptions. i currently have avg security protection on my computer and subscription auto renews as well. How can this be fixed to show them up. there is also no option to cancel auto renew subscription as well.

There should be some synchronization issue with the product. Hence, it is not reflecting on your AVG my account.
We can fix this by escalating to concern team.
To proceed with that, provide the screenshot of AVG my account "My products" page through the email that we have sent now.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
