Subscriptions purchased but not yet active now

I am sorry to hear that you are encountering trial pop ups in AVG programs and unable to view them in AVG My Account. I see that you have been charged for AVG TuneUp unlimited- 12 Months, AVG Driver Updater - 1 User, 12 Months and AVG Internet Security unlimited- 12 Months but the charge has not reflected in our records. Hence I am going to escalate your request to senior team. They will synchronize the products with internal records as soon as possible.

hi, on December 24th I bought the AVG TUNE UP, AVG DRIVER UPDATE and AVG INTERNET SECURITY packages for one year, ONLY THAT IN MY ACCOUNTS STILL DO NOT FIGURE THE PRODUCTS I HAVE PURCHASED, ALSO IN THE PC I HAVE TO SAY THAT I AM USING THE VERSION TRIAL FREE OF AVG. CAN YOU GIVE ANY EXPLANATION?
