Subscriptions to Internet Security, Tune Up & Driver Update

I was in correspondence with a Lucie Zamecnikova of AVG Customer Care on 2 Aug 2018 regarding my subscriptions and I believed that she had sorted everything out satisfactorily.  However, I am now informed every time I log in, that my subscriptions have expired.  According to our agreement of that date (2 Aug 2018) I have the following current subscriptions:
Internet Security until July 17 2021
AVG Tune Up until June 22 2020
AVG Driver Updater until May 9 2020.
I have been charged £22.49 on 20 May and £34.99 on 8 June this year for services which I believed I had already paid for.  Will you please investigate and let me know what is happening.

We could see that you have received two compensation codes from "Lucie Zamecnikova" on 2nd August 2018 for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices 1 and 2 year subscription.
As per our record, you have already registered the 2 years code on your account, but the 1 year code is not yet registered.
The AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices subscription is now valid till 25th July 2021.
We have sent the one year code and the steps to register it on your account through email now.
Please register it and then provide the screenshot of the AVG MyAccount page where you see the message as subscription is expired through the same email.
We will then explain why you are getting that message. If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
