I have ongoing subscriptions to security unlimited and tune up unlimited, yet when I try to download them it tells me I am on trial versions and want new subscriptions. tired off this. getting ready to scrap the lot. can someone please tell me what I have to do to just having it running with this hassle. many thanks.
