Hi, I received an email for renewal of AVG Ultimate for £99.99. My query is two fold, firstly,why is quoted as full price £99.99 when necomers only pay £59.99. I understand that it is promotional and all that, but it is a kick in the teeth to the loyal current customers. My main query is that I understand that AVG Secure VPN is included in this price.If this is correct, then I am paying twice for Secure VPN as I have a deparate charge for this aswell as for the Ultimate subscription. How can I contact accounts as when I use the instructions given, I go round in circles and end up where I first started.
