I have been using TimeqPlus and avg on this computer for at least a year. Suddenly on monday I couldn't access TimeqPlus (time tracking software). I spent the best of two days trying to figure it out and then I turned off avg and low and behold I was able to access the app again. Did something change over the weekend. I was able to work on it on friday but by monday nothing. I don't feel I should have to turn off virus protection while I use this app. Any suggestions.

It isn't recommended to disable AVG protection, in order to use Timeqplus.
Please let us know if you receive any message regarding the block from AVG. If so, you can click on See details option that will be available in the pop up to identify the AVG component that is blocking the file.
Meanwhile, please ensure that the program has the latest patches. To do so : Click on refresh icon that is available in the homepage of AVG program - Restart your computer once & check.
