I understand the inconvenience caused due to delay in response. Please be informed that, we are releasing a new AVG updates 17.7 which will fix the bugs and scheduled scan issues. The Monthly reports and subscription not showing in AVG MyAccount issues are already been escalated to our level 3 technician, the both cases are new/open so they will contact you soon with a resolution. Scheduled Scan still not working properly have had two remote technical help sessions one was Senior Team when will the AVG update17.7 be rolled out. It is all very well saying your patience is appreciated but we need the update now .

Below is a summary from 13 August 2017 to 2 October 2017… and counting, of my issues that apparently have been escalated to 'The Senior Team' but have to date been unresolved:-
1.- Progress Bar only works when the Scheduled Scan is activated manually as opposed to automatically.
2.- Dashboard shows Last scan 'a few seconds ago' and Virus Definition 'a few seconds ago'… and yes we all know that it is a Bug and eventually it will be dealt with. Don't hold your breath though!
3.- AVG MyAccount showing that 'I don't have any Subscriptions' when in fact I do.
4.- Nobody at AVG has been able to tell me where I can find information on an 'Infection' reported in my recent AVG Monthly Security Report.
All these issues have been escalated to 'The Senior Team' and STILL not resolved! It would seem to me that if nobody from AVG knows the answer to a query on the Community the 'get out clause' is always 'we have escalated this issue to The Senior Team'. But I'm beginning to wonder if they really do exist?

I apologize for the inconvenience. I see that our senior technician fixed the issue and asked you to check for a couple of days. Please schedule the scan and check now. Once the scan starts you will see a notification on the AVG icon located in the system tray.
