I can't understand why Support is closed. If an internet company can't provide support via homeworking then who can?

We request you to open AVG Internet Security program window.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting".
Scroll down to "Reset All Settings" and click on "reset to default" option.
Restart the PC and you should get the AVG Firewall turned on.
