I HAVE noticed that all fields need to be filled in - which I did. Unfortunately, regardless whether I choose "chat" or "phone", after I click "Contact Us" (does anyone know why is it "Us" and not "us"? It seems to be in error, at least according to the grammar I've learnt) I am returned to the same page, with all the fields filled in, as asked, twice (again - why? Doesn't "all" mean "all"?). Apart from being rather annoying, it is also frustrating, as I have a lot of false positives which even putting them on the exception list does not get rid of, among other issues in the last couple of days.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to get aroound that stumbling block, or is it there simply to prevent people asking for support?
