We regret to inform you that reseller/retail store bought AVG subscriptions will not be visible under the "Subscriptions" tab of AVG My Account.
However, you needn't worry, as your AVG Secure VPN (10 devices) subscription is valid till May 20, 2024 and you can use it's activation code to activate it in your device(s).

Hi i have purchased the product. I have already activated with code the VPN in mac and work . But if i sign in  with the AVG account  in mac  report an error No license found.
How i can inport this license in my subscription?

How i can use the product in  iOS system ?
1  In iOS is impossible to redeem a code
 2 the license isn't in my account
 3 App Store purchase  restore not correct

Due to changes in the App Store Review Guidelines, it is not possible to activate AVG Secure VPN for iOS with an activation code in app version 2.0 and later. Since your AVG Secure VPN subscription is not visible under your AVG My Account, the login is not being recognized.
We've created a ticket in your behalf and escalated it to our senior sales team.
They'll make your AVG Secure VPN (10 devices) subscription visible under your AVG My Account and update the status via email.
