I am visually disabled and need to contact AVG support. Last time I contacted AVG chat, the agent dropped my chat because I was too slow when responding to his questions. How do I now proceed?
Hi, I am having problems contacting AVG Support. I am visually disabled and need some help and have needed help since early March 2026. As a disabled person, how can I contact AVG Support? Is there someone I can complain to?
Sorry but this problem has not been solved, unfortunately I chose the wrong option when replying. I am still in need of support from AVG to resolve my problem. How can I escalate this to AVG- it appears that there is no support for visually disabled users. I will raise this again if I get no useful response. Please help, thanks.
Sorry, but as there have been no replies offering a resolution to my problem, I have now cancelled all future payments to my subscriptions. Thanks for nothing.
