I am unable to update my AVG Security and, when I go to Tune-Up in Explorer, I receive the following message -

"An error occurred while processing your request.

Reference #97.15698743.1507146436.5d9986b"

AVG doesn't appear to want to be of assistance, even though I have given them $$.  Can anyone help?
