Support is a mess and a bottomless impudence!

I received a renewal for an AVG (Internet Security) service today. I wanted to cancel it weeks ago, but couldn’t because my subscription status wasn’t available. I filled out a contact form, and AVG admitted that no status was available in their system either. I received a response with lots of things I needed to serve for them, but it’s not my problem if AVG has problems with my subscription status!!! Now I wanted to contact support again, but it’s absolute chaos getting my message there! The support form doesn’t work—no email address, no phone number!!! Nobody is taking care of my problem! BUT THEY’RE CHARGING ME €93.99 FOR WHAT??? FOR NOTHING!!! If I don’t receive a satisfactory response, I will take legal action.

I have the same problem, i can’t contact the support and in 5 days the subscription is going to reneawal

It is an absolute joke, try to follow the steps for a refund, no contacts number work, the webchat clearly has no one there and the self service route forces you to speak someone who clearly doesn’t exist

Contact them on through Facebook messenger and request a refund there, it’s how I managed to finally get mine. Not Facebook itself but Facebook messenger as you don’t want to post on their page but message directly
