Support loop nightmare

You can choose the support based on your query (billing or technical) & then enter the required details to raise a request.

Please can someone help?  I am a paid subscriber to AVG Internet Security and password protection.  When I click on support it tells me "only subscribers can contact us via email / phone" - which I am.  When I click log in it takes me to a page listing my subscriptions and if I click support it takes me back to the original page.

All I want to do is log a support call please so any pointers would be hugely appreciated.  Thanks.
