By the way I tried using a different VPN on the same notebooks; and II don't have any problem. How on earth can AVG fail?

I am writing to express my deep concern over AVG Support Community's handling with the customer problems.
I have not used VPN since the 8th of this month. Altough I sent several meassages and communicated with a couple of people from the community, I am still in the same place where I started.
My last mail was two days ago, and I am still waiting for someone reach me.
This is very dissapointing and frustrating stiuation.
I have been a custumer of AVG for many years with multiple subscriptions and never experience such negligence before.
I hope this will be my last complaint message.
