My problem has been about VPN since September 8. However it is turning out to be about AVG Support Service performance. Because I can not use VPN since September 8. I have sent a number of complaints and remainders on this issue .Yet my problem has not been solved yet. I have not heard from them for 3 days, altough I sent a remainder mail yesterday… This is realy disappointing and frustrating.
