Hello, I want to cancel the suscription AVG tuneup, but I coudn´t find the place to do this. When I entered the place to cancel, it told me that I didn´t have any suscription, but I can see it in my credit card, that AVG in charging it to me.
Please cancell it at once. The page told me that I have 30 days to cancel it, but it didn´t allow me to do it. I coudn´t find a page where to put "cancel suscription". Thanks a lot.

I don´t know which order reference you´re asking for. I uninstall AVG from my computer. May be you can follow the order number with the purchase code that appears in my credit card (I sent it by e-mail).
