Please do your best, in 2 days if the program is not OK, I will be forced to cancel the use of AVG products. I am very, very sorry, but for sure that you will understand my feelings.

I see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited - 12 Months and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited - 12 Months on 17th November 2017 but there was a synchronization issue with the product that you purchased, hence the activation of the product couldn't be done until the synchronization issue gets fixed.
To fix this issue, I have forwarded the case to concern team.

With my order 12799043138 - 17 November - (PayPal money received) I renew Internet Security ilimited and AVG TuneUp ilimited 62,98 euro (€). Looking in My Products I read: next invoice date 15.December 2018.
In the program main Screen is said: Your suscription finishes in 26 days,…

Thank you for being patient.
We have successfully resolved the sync issue with the order 12799043138 that you purchased.
Your AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices - 12 Months AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices 12 Months is now visible on your account and you can activate it.
Open AVG Internet Security dashboard, click on small "HOME" icon to the left corner of it.
It will open AVG main user interface, click on "email address" and select "Leave this network"
Click on "CONNECT" and select "Log into existing account" for entering AVG my account credentials.
Click on "Log in" and wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates both Internet Security and TuneUp.
Keep us informed about the status.
