I purchased a AVG Internet Security (up to 10 devices) paying 19,08€ at november 22 of 2022. At October 18th of 2023 I received a charge for renewal of 93,99€. As I used the product in one only PC, and I have not possibility to pay the renewal fee of 93,99 please tell me if: a) Can I change my suscription to be used in one PC only, b) what will be the new cost, and c) the possiblity to refound the difference to my card.
If it is possible, please inform me how to proceed to make this change.
