Suspension of subscription

I have a registered account with you, which is registered to this email, and my payments go through the current account: (Card number removed). I have been trying for a long time to stop my payment method, because as I wrote above and before, that this program or  kind of protection that was only focused on the computer, I really want to stop for the reason that I haven't used it for a year and six months at least.  At first I thought it was suspended, but now I have received a new bill for something I don't use.  Knowing that there is a way to get a refund, they really don't ask for it, but this last bill that is for the year 2022 if there is a possibility that I won't be billed!?  And for the future, I would sincerely ask you if there is a possibility, because I am unable to stop the further use of AVG Internet security through my account.  Therefore, I would like to ask you not to send me further charges, because I do not use this type of Windows protection on the given computer.  Thank you in advance and I look forward to your help.
