Thank you for your patience. It is seems rootkit detection (clandestine computer program) by AVG so I request you to run a Boot time scan (Open the AVG user interface on your desktop, and click the gear icon next to Scan Computer > select Boot time scan) with AVG and check if it's remove all the their detection.

AVG Antivirus free detects:  SVC:PRAGMAfvnmsbpcbr??? and can not resolve it. What can I do ?

when i click on "resolve"  it says "resolving" for a few seconds and nothing happens. it says resolve again. As many times as i click on it, same thing.
