I am sorry to hear about this. Are you unable to view AVG subscriptions in AVG My Account under xxxx@bell.net? If so, I don't find any active AVG subscriptions under this email address. I have pulled your account using the license number and saw that it belongs to AVG Internet Security (2 computers) that was refunded on 2017.11.26 under xxxx@sympatico.ca. Hence there are no active AVG subscriptions under both the email address. I have sent an email to collect details regarding your AVG purchase. If you have purchased AVG product under any other email address, then please reply to my email with required details to assist further.

AVG has become too convoluted and unmanageable for me… i.e… no info shows when I access my account. I have to log in too many times to get answers at one sitting. I constantly get online notices for more money for various features that I thought were covered under your "best plan".which I have (joke)
To now look at your web site is a nightmare of confusion with many duplications. No simplicity here. You have lost sight of what you once were.
Please arrange to refund my prepaid fee after allowing for time used (6 months — $42.50 on May 15/18) . I will be cancelling my automatic renewal setup.
