Switching to free from trial

I are sorry for the difficulties you are currently experiencing. If you wish to install the free version of AVG then we request you to run AVG remover tool in your pc and then run the offline download for AVG Antivirus Free to get it installed. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

When I try to uninstall the trial it asks me if I would like to switch to the free version.  I click on switch to free and I get this error code:

Error code: 0xE0010002
Description: Event exec_finished

It also says it has encountered an error and try again later.  If it persists then contact supprot so here I am.
