Sync.com blocked, came up as Phishing?

Hello Jon,

We would like to check the threat detection popup and proceed further.
Could you provide the screenshot of AVG threat detection popup by clicking on "see details" from it?
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Version: 19.8.3108
Virus Definitions: 191113-8
UI: 1.0.191

And it only pops up when I try to load the address link I provided at the top of this thread. It does not pop up at any given time.

Sync.com seems like a good site to me. Their apps work, they're not just a crappy wordpress site, their site actually provides quite a good service. They're in the business of providing cloud services, mostly storage.

Thank you for the information Jon.

Did you try to add the file in the exception list?

If not, refer this article and add the file in the exception list https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Antivirus-scan-exclusions

We also request you to submit a False positive in the folowing website https://www.avg.com/en-in/report-malicious-file

Keep us posted.
